MY PATH
For near to 2 decades, I’ve been walking alongside people through periods of deep healing, transformation and change.
My path has taken me from traditional Amazonian plant medicine and dieta to somatic trauma work, energy healing, meditation and embodied practices. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from teachers and traditions that have profoundly shaped how I understand healing while also discovering, through my own experiences, that true transformation is deeply personal.
I don’t believe healing is about following a guru or giving your power away. I believe it is about coming home to yourself. My role is to offer grounded guidance, honest mentorship and a safe space to explore what is ready to be seen, released and integrated. Whether you are moving through a major life transition, exploring plant medicine, reconnecting with your body or seeking a deeper sense of purpose, I’m here to walk beside you rather than ahead of you.
Together, we can explore the places where old patterns, trauma and disconnection may be holding you back — and begin creating the space to reconnect with your authentic self, inner balance and innate capacity for healing.
You already carry much of what you are searching for. My work is to help you remember it.

Men's Work
A space for honest conversations, personal growth and navigating life's challenges. Exploring relationships, identity and the changes that shape who we become.
Through Reiki, Shiatsu and mindful bodywork, I offer space to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore a deeper sense of relaxation and balance.
Rooted in sixteen years of experience and continued learning with traditional Amazonian teachers, my work explores plant wisdom, integration, dietas and the responsibilities of walking this path.
Exploring masculinity, fatherhood, relationships and emotional expression. A space for honest conversations, challenging expectations and discovering what it means to be a man.
